At Illuminate360Darts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In its original packaging
- You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior return requests will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
For the fastest way to get the item you want, return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are shipping into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary with your bank or credit card company.
